![]() ![]() The tornadoes with an EF0 strength are in Hillsboro, Mo. ![]() of Montgomery County were also under a severe thunderstorm warning until 3 p.m. The NWS's preliminary report points towards EF1 tornadoes in Feton, Mo., Pevely, Mo., Belleville, Swansea Ill. A line of thunderstorms originating in Missouri will make its way into. Seven other weak tornadoes have been previoulsy surveyed. Monday, survey teams were able to survey damage and believe an EF1 that touched down just north of Festus and traveled for four miles before dissipating in Herculaneum. The NWS used video evidence to identify them. The tornado traveled nine miles and grew. The other three were rated EFU, meaning they did ot produce known damage. update The National Weather Service confirmed that an EF-2 tornado touched down in northeast Jackson County, near Buckner, Missouri, overnight. Tuesday afternoon, the NWS announced four additional tornadoes from April 15.
